As Super Bowl Sunday quickly approaches, competition is heating up. And it’s not just between the Panthers and Broncos. The Big Game advertisers are vying for our attention by any means necessary. From tweets and press releases to celebrity spots and more, the brands know that running a successful Super Bowl ad campaign in 2016 relies upon building a strong buzz well before kickoff.
And what better way to generate excitement than with teaser ads?
If you love Super Bowl commercial teasers as much as we do, here’s list of all the teasers (or their complete Super Bowl ads) released so far! Rather than wasting your time on Twitter or YouTube trying to dig up all these teasers, we decided to do the hard part for you…

Wix
For their second Super Bowl commercial Wix.com is partnering with DreamWorks Animation. Their ad will promote the release of Kung Fu Panda 3 and show how important and easy it is for any business to create a stunning website using the Wix platform. Wix has already released four teasers. LG (Rookie)
LG has asked Jake Scott, son of legendary directory Sir Ridley Scott, to direct their 2016 Super Bowl commercial. They have already released two teasers starring Liam Neeson. In both teasers, the actor plays a “Man from the Future.”
Pokemon (Rookie)
In their first Super Bowl appearance, these gamers didn’t waste any time in releasing the 2016 Pokemon Super Bowl commercial. Their commercial both celebrates the 20th anniversary of the game and encourages dedicated fans around the world to “Train On.”
WeatherTech
As in the two previous WeatherTech Super Bowl commercials, it looks like this year the company will again be promoting the fact that their products are all made in America. Their first teaser ad is called “Resources.”
Colgate (Rookie)
Colgate’s Super Bowl commercial debut is based on an ad they aired last year in Latin America. They released the public service announcement style ad, entitled #EveryDropCounts, on January 27th.
Persil ProClean (Rookie)
Rookie advertisers, Persil ProClean laundry detergent is getting right into the thick of things! They released a brief teaser and a hashtag to match: #GameDayStains
Marmot (Rookie)
Masters at creating outdoor clothing and gear, Marmot is hoping that their first Super Bowl ad will help them become a household name. Their three teasers all display the glory of the great outdoors, and star a very friendly little squirrel.

Amazon (Rookie)
The Amazon Super Bowl 50 commercial will star Alec Baldwin, former NFL superstar Dan Marino and Missy Elliot. it will focus on introducing America to the Echo speaker device, better known as Alexa. In their first teaser ad, Dan and Alec are enlisting Alexa’s help in planning a Game Day party.
Their second teaser pokes fun at The Patriot’s Deflategate. Looks like Amazon’s on a roll with these great teasers!
Apartments.com (Rookie)
Another first time advertiser, Apartments.com has promised that their Super Bowl ad will star actor Jeff Goldblum (as a creepy, futuristic tech exec named Brad Bellflower) as well as Lil’ Wayne. If their two teasers are to be believed, President George Washington may also get a cameo!
Because nothing rents apartments like wooden dentures…
Axe
Axe is bringing their successful “Find Your Magic” campaign to the Big Game. Showing that a real man can take on a lot of different appearances, they will air a shorter version of this 60-second ad:
T-Mobile
T-Mobile has released a very mysterious teaser, to say the least. Will the star of the 1984 Apple ad make a reappearance? Will Justin Timberlake? And what’s all this about the color “magenta?”
Bud Light
The 2016 Bud Light Super Bowl commercial will include an all star team of Amy Schumer, Ronda Rousey and Seth Rogen, the beer brewing giant created a teaser where we see Schumer and Rogen getting dressed and prepped for a political campaign.
Mountain Dew (KickStart)
Mountain Dew will be using their Super Bowl air time to put the spotlight on their energy drink, Kickstart. They have released three rather bizarre teasers, all of which star animals. First monkeys, and then a self-deprecating pug.
Shock Top (Rookie)
The 2016 Shock Top Super Bowl commercial stars comedian T.J. Miller. The beer brand released a 90-second version of their Super Bowl ad on January 28th. In it, we get to witness a quick and dirty back-and-forth between T.J.and the smart-ass Shock Top mascot.
Doritos
Doritos is running their Crash the Super Bowl contest for the 10th and final year. Watch the three commercials that made it to the final round and guess which one you think we’ll see on Game Day!

Skittles
This year, Skittles is building hype for their Game Day ad by focusing on the weather! They’ve got both the Broncos and the Panthers on Team Rainbow, with DeMarcus Wayne and Luke Kuechly delivering some very special weather reports in honor of the 2016 Super Bowl. Do you think we’ll catch a rainbow on February 7th?
Snickers
The Snickers Super Bowl 2016 commercial will again use the tagline, “You’re not you when you’re hungry.” Rather than starring Steve Buscemi or Betty White, Snickers has gone old-school classic this year. Their teaser stars Marilyn Monroe!
Avocados from Mexico
The 2016 Avocados from Mexico Super Bowl commercial will star actor Scott Baio, best known as Chachi Arcola from Happy Days. Not sure how a Rubik’s cube will tie into the message that their avocados are always in season. But here’s their teaser, called #AvosInSpace.
Butterfinger
Butterfinger has promised that their 2016 Super Bowl spot will be “bold” and they’ve got Armando Bo, co-writer of the movie “Birdman,” to direct the ad! They’ve released two teasers already and while they’re very different, they both made us laugh.
The first teaser is called “The Motorcross Jump” and presents a series of increasingly bold and outrageous stunts!
Butterfinger’s other teaser stars Terrell Owens (who starred in last year’s Wix.com Super Bowl commercial) and Billy Eichner showing off their own #BolderThanBold moves!
Jack in the Box
Just a week before Super Bowl 50, and no one knew that Jack in the Box was planning on airing a Big Game ad. Until they ever so quietly released this teaser.
Honda
The 2016 Honda Super Bowl commercial will have everyone singing along. Family members young and old, 2-legged and 4-legged will laugh at this clever ad for the Honda Ridgline truck. Who doesn’t love Queen?
Hyundai
Hyundai has set the record for ad purchases this year with four Super Bowl commercials and they have hired super-star directors Peter Berg, Fredrik Bond, Aaron Stoller and Janusz Kaminski to help them make some unforgettable ads. This powerhouse team has released three teaser ads:
Their first teaser shows a late night chase through the woods and closes with the hashtag: #HyundaiSuperBowl
The second teaser, called “Ryanville,” shows two women driving around while ogling at someone off-screen. Apparently, it’s Ryan Reynolds!
The third teaser shows the initial few seconds of a very awkward first date.
Mini
The Mini 2016 Super Bowl commercial encourages us to “Defy Labels.” The ad stars Abby Wambach, Serena Williams, T-Pain, Randy Johnson (aka The Big Unit), Tony Hawk, Michael Whinnet, Michai Stephens and Hollywood actor Harvey Keitel, all current or previous Mini owners.
On February 1st, Mini released their complete Super Bowl 50 commercial; it’s a heart-warming, inspiring slot, spreading the message that, “Those who defy labels, define themselves.”
Before releasing their complete ad, Mini teased us eight times.

Acura
The Acura NSX commercial is meant to get us very pumped up for their sweet new NSX model. So pumped that we won’t mind shelling more than $150,000 big ones for this car? Judge for yourself. (Here’s the extended version of the 2016 Acura Super Bowl commercial.)
Intuit
In their second Super Bowl commercial, Intuit once again sponsored a contest for small businesses. After a fierce competition, Death Wish Coffee Company, a small coffee business brewing some very strong coffee won the competition - and the chance of a lifetime to air the following ad on Super Bowl Sunday:
SunTrust (Rookie)
SunTrust has created their very first Super Bowl campaign in honor of the 50th Big Game. The ad will try to “inspire people to take control over their finances.” Not sure what their teaser tells us about their plans for Game Day, but here it is:
SoFi (Rookie)
The first SoFi Super Bowl commercial was created to help us imagine a world without banks. The tagline for this modern online lending service is, “Don’t Bank. SoFi.” Before Super Bowl Sunday, SoFi is releasing a series of seven ads to help us envision a bank-less world. Here’s a first look at their Super Bowl teaser.
Quicken Loans (Rookie)
Quicken Loans is also trying to help us imagine a future where managing our finances is easier, thanks to the Internet. Their Rocket Mortgage app allows users to apply for a mortgage online, without ever stepping foot in a bank. Learn more in their Super Bowl 50 teaser.
