Top 10 Most Hilarious Super Bowl Commercials

The Ads That Made Us Pee Our Pants. Or Maybe That’s The Soda We Spilled On Our Pants From LOL-ing So Hard.

Some Super Bowl commercials make you smile. Others bring about a little chuckle.
And then there are those that make you laugh. And no, we’re not talking about the silent Internet laugh, that warrants a classic, “ahahah.” We’re talking about the laugh so hard you snort soda through your nose, and then all your friends make fun of you, kind of laugh.

We love these ads best of all and we’re crossing our fingers and toes that Super Bowl 50 will be packed with some belly-laughing goodies.

In the meantime, here’s a look at the top 10 funniest commercials of all time.

10. Snickers’ “Betty White” (2011)

America’s all time favorite girl, Betty White, went from Golden Girl to tough football player in this clever Snickers commercial. Watching Betty out on the field playing ball as “one of the guys” and getting slack from her teammates is always entertaining. Snickers played on its classic, “you’re not you when you’re hungry” slogan, and shows Betty transform into a guy, after taking a bite out of the Snickers bar.

9. Nationwide’s “Invisible Mindy” (2015)

Nationwide’s “Invisible Mindy” commercial was fantastic and even a year later, it still has us laughing out loud. A creative idea with perfect execution. Who hasn’t dreamed of walking through a car wash? Or kissing Matt Damon?

8. Bud Light’s “Cedric Date” (2001)

You know the night is going in the right direction when she asks you to bring out the Bud Light. Things may change the second you accidentally spray the entire bottle onto her face.

 7. Bud Light’s “Secret Fridge” (2006)

The guy’s mischievous plan to hide his beers goes astray when he fails to realize what’s happening on the opposite side of his secret revolving wall. Bonus; it’s always fun to see a group of guys bowing down and chanting, “magic fridge.” Isn’t it?

6. Ameriquest’s “Surprise Dinner” (2005)

They say timing is everything in life. Timing can mean that now tomato sauce is spilled all over the kitchen floor because you didn’t stop your cat in time from knocking over the pot. Timing can also mean that grabbing your cat in your right hand and holding a knife in the other, might make your significant other think you were trying to kill the cat, when all you were trying to do is prepare a romantic dinner. Oh well, that’s life!

5. Snickers’ “Do Something Manly” (2007)

After accidentally kissing, two guys try to make up for it by doing super manly things. Each time they try to outdo each other and each time it gets more and more out of hand…. and more and more funny.

4. Wendy’s “Where’s The Beef?” (1984)

Let’s time travel back to 1984, and revisit Wendy’s, “Where’s the beef?” commercial. Some hamburger places give you a lot less beef on a lot of bun, but Wendy’s would never dare do such a thing. They give you more beef, and less bun!
Believe it or not, the ubiquitous phrase, “Where’s the beef” was spawned on Super Bowl Sunday, 1984 from this very ad?

 3. Old Spice’s “The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” (2010)

Simply watch and enjoy! You’re bound to hit the replay button.

2. Volkswagen’s “The Force” (2011)

Even through a mask, this little boy is capable of making us laugh and warming our hearts. Even when we watch the commercial for the 25th time.

1. Taco Bell’s “Viva Young” (2013)

Turns out that getting old ain’t so bad after all! Your white hair might actually be a blessing in disguise. Now you can do all the illicit, illegal and impolite things you’ve always wanted. The best part, is that you’ll get away with it! Wrinkly skin, a broken hip and arthritis are all small prices to pay to be able to get away with anything! No one would have the heart to blame the 90-year-old in the room for stealing. Thanks Taco Bell for clearing that one up!
