Chipotle Announces Super-Sized Catering Sales For Super Bowl 50 (Use At Your Discretion!)

Chipotle Super Bowl 2016 promotion

As if Coca-Cola’s latest announcement wasn’t enough to get us into the Game Day hype, Chipotle just released what could be the BEST (and most delicious) Super Bowl 50 promo so far.

Planning a Super Bowl Party? Listen Up!

The Mexican grill is offering $50 off catering orders in honor of the Golden Super Bowl. And really - is there anything more appropriate to serve at your Super Bowl 50 party? Chipotle should definitely be the first one on your list of catering options. Just take note, you must order before February 1st and be one of the first 1,500 orders placed.

Why The Big Give Away?

Chipotle is launching this Super Bowl promo in an attempt to win back loyal customers after what was a tough year for the company. The chain, previously owned by McDonald’s, grew from 14 locations in 1998 to close to 500 by 2005. But recently, after some bad press surrounding an ecoli break out, the Mexican chain has had to fight to save their reputation. To this end, Chipotle is taking measures to discuss and address food safety with all of their employees. Every branch in the US will close for a full day (February 8th) for employee meetings. (Although we don’t know how attentive the audience will be, since most of the employees will be hung over from the Super Bowl the night before!)

So Many Mexican Choices on Game Day! Taco Bell or Chipotle?

The Chipotle Super Bowl 50 promo definitely has us amped for the Big Game and it’s got us wondering how much of this mouthwatering deliciousness we’ll really be able to consume. Think you can handle 6 (or more) Burritos? Let’s see you try.
