Toooo Sexy: CBS Bans PETA Super Bowl 50 Commercial

PETA is at it again, with a super sexy Super Bowl ad that not even CBS is willing to air…

Is it scandalous? Definitely. Offensive? Some would say so. Sexy? Maybe, but not really our cup of tea for an ad that’s supposed to portray stamina.

Looks like PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) just launched another controversial Super Bowl ad that they knew would never make it to the Game Day broadcast. Nonetheless, the commercial will rack up plenty of views on YouTube and it has a very big message for those of us who like get down in the sack.

The bottom line is: if you want spend hours upon hours getting down and dirty, PETA says-go vegan! Apparently, vegan men last longer in bed.

Looking for stamina? PETA says to go vegan!

The PETA Super Bowl 50 ad itself is just as racy as its title, “Last Longer, Vegan Sex Drive Shown in Steamy Scene,” and shows two very different couples going at it in bed, with the carnivore eating man just barely able to meet some minimum expectations for sexual stamina, while the vegan manages to perform for a whole lot longer. The ad ends with a statement for viewers to “Last Longer” and “Go Vegan.” (Sorry PETA, we might just love our meat more than sexy time…)

Catch their very racy ad here and judge for yourself:

The animal rights organization claims that “more than half of men between the ages of 40 and 70” lost their ability to go “the distance in the bedroom” because of diets that are rich in fats. PETA is hoping to promote the idea that a “vegan lifestyle can help men boost their sexual performance.”

(And with this kind of ad, who wouldn’t want to try and take on this new diet?)

Regarding the fact that their ad has been banned from the Super Bowl Broadcast, Senior VP of PETA, Lisa Lange, says that “Super Bowl 50 audiences will be missing out on comedy, sex appeal, and the lifesaving message that vegan meals can help clear clogged-up carnivores and get their blood pumping again”

What has PETA done in the past?

The well-known nonprofit is no rookie to the Super Bowl ad race and this isn’t the first time they’ve created a controversial ad to generate buzz on the Internet. PETA’s last banned Super Bowl commercial was made in honor of Super Bowl XLIII (2009) and was called “Veggie Love.” The ad also played off the idea that “vegetarians have better sex,” and it featured half-naked women doing scandalous moves with vegetables.
