Live In The Golden City? You Can Be Part Of The Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show

Want to see Coldplay up close and personal on Super Bowl Sunday?

Pepsi has announced that they are looking for 500 lucky Bay area residents to volunteer during the Halftime Show on Super Bowl Sunday. The only requirements are that you be over the age of 18 and live in the area.

So what’s the job?

As an official Super Bowl 50 Halftime show volunteer, you’ll be running stage crew, playing a small part in making sure that all the logistics go smoothly during that holy half-way point between the second and third quarters of the 2016 Super Bowl. If you do get selected, Pepsi will ask you to show up for two weeks of evening rehearsals beginning on January 20th. But seriously, how lame would our boss have to be to not let you head out a bit early for the chance to be in the 50th Halftime Show! (You can see the rehearsal schedule and get more details here.)

While being a volunteer will not get you a ticket to the game, you will get a sweet view of the Halftime Show from behind the scenes. The 50th anniversary Super Bowl Halftime show should be a pretty sweet one at that! Pepsi has already announced that Coldplay will be headlining, joined by Bruno Mars and a series of other surprise guests.
