Diamonds are a girl’s best friend and so is Tiffany & Co.
The internationally renowned jeweler was founded in New York in 1837 when Charles Lewis Tiffany opened a fancy stationery store in downtown Manhattan. He also happened to have a passion for the most beautiful diamonds in the world. Tiffany & Co. has since become an American institution synonymous with its high-end jewelry, sterling silver, china, crystal, watches, and more. And, of course – the Tiffany Blue Box.
Today, there are more than 300 TIFFANY & CO. stores located around the world.
It’s little wonder then, that the world’s favorite jeweler has played an integral role in the history and culture of luxe jewelry. In 1866, Tiffany’s created what we know today as the modern engagement ring. The store has also featured in numerous films and television series over the years, such as Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Bride Wars, The Great Gatsby and Sweet Home Alabama.
It is true to say, Tiffany’s has redefined style and glamor around the world.
