In well over 100 years of innovation, Michelin has helped define the tire industry. It is renowned for designing, manufacturing and selling premium tires for every type of vehicle with wheels – even airplanes and earthmovers! Though their headquarters are in Clermont-Ferrand, France, Michelin has played a central role in the tire industry in the United States since 1907, the group also operates in 17 different countries worldwide.

As well as their premium tires, Michelin is internationally recognized by its mascot, Bibendum, referred to in English as the Michelin Man.
