Busch beer is another one of the many beers owned by Anheuser-Busch, a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev, which is the largest brewing company in the United States. Busch beer was introduced in 1955 as Busch Bavarian Beer; the brand name was changed in 1979 to Busch Beer. After Budweiser, Busch is the company’s second most popular brand.
If you don’t know Busch, you probably know Anheuser-Busch by one of their many, many well-known beer brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light and Michelob Ultra - all of whom advertised in Super Bowl 50.
AB InBev started giving more attention to Busch in 2016 when it ran 10 weeks of national TV for the brand for the first time since 2008, with their popular slogan “earning it.”
